Head of Revenue Strategy & Operations

Required

• 10+ years of experience in revenue operations, strategy, or GTM leadership, with at least 5 years of experience managing senior teams.
• Track record of leading complex, cross-functional programs from design through to measurable business impact.
• Deep expertise across both commercial operations (forecasting, territory design) and revenue systems/tooling (CRM, automation, data standards).
• Ability to operate comfortably at the executive level, serving as a trusted strategic advisor and thought partner to the Chief Revenue Officer.
• Strong bias for action with a demonstrated ability to hold distributed teams accountable to exceptionally high standards.
• Demonstrates curiosity about AI tools and emerging technologies, with a willingness to learn and leverage them to enhance productivity, collaboration, or decision-making.

• For this role, the estimated base salary range is between $309,000 - $364,000. The actual base salary will vary based on various factors, including market and individual qualifications objectively assessed during the interview process. The listed range above is a guideline, and the base salary range for this role may be modified.
