• Experience: 8+ years of experience in product marketing within the B2B tech space (SaaS experience preferred).
• Technical Depth: You understand how software is built, feel comfortable engaging with developers and engineering leaders, and can translate technical capabilities into value-based stories.
• Strategic Growth Mindset: Proven track record of scaling products from "1 to 10" and "10 to 100," with a deep understanding of both PLG and SLG motions.
• Product Intuition: You are naturally inclined to explore new tools, identify what’s possible, and thrive on distilling complex technical concepts into simple, compelling narratives.
• Collaborative Leader: Strong experience partnering with Product teams to align roadmaps with market needs and customer pain points.
• AI Tech Curiosity: Demonstrates curiosity about AI tools and emerging technologies, with a willingness to learn and leverage them to enhance productivity, collaboration, or decision-making.

• For this role, the estimated base salary range is between $180,000 - $207,000. The actual base salary will vary based on various factors, including market and individual qualifications objectively assessed during the interview process. The listed range above is a guideline, and the base salary range for this role may be modified.
