SMB Solutions Engineer, Client Management

Required

• Demonstrates curiosity about AI tools and emerging technologies, with a willingness to learn and leverage them to enhance productivity, collaboration, or decision-making.
• Minimum 2+ years of professional experience, with a strong preference for experience in Solutions, Consulting, or similar customer-facing technical roles.
• Deep understanding of AI LLMs and GPTs, and the ability to articulate their business applications.
• Familiarity with work management solutions and their core enterprise value propositions.
• Proven ability to effectively influence senior-level operations decision-makers.
• Proficiency in developing product demonstrations, including designing and presenting from decks, briefs, and whiteboards.
• Strong communication skills to explain complex technical concepts to diverse audiences.
• Adaptable to working in fast-paced environments with changing priorities.

• For this role, the estimated On-Target Earnings (OTE) range is between $150,000 - $158,000. The actual compensation package will vary based on various factors, including market and individual qualifications objectively assessed during the interview process. The listed range above is a guideline, and the compensation range for this role may be modified. In addition to base compensation, your package may include additional components such as equity and benefits.
