Manager, Software Engineering, Search Discovery

Required

• 7+ years of engineering experience, with at least 3 years managing a team focused on user-facing product development.
• Background in search, observability, analytics, or data visualization platforms.
• Experience leading senior/staff-level engineers who operate with high autonomy.
• Strong PM partnership skills -- comfortable co-creating roadmaps, translating product vision, and navigating ambiguity.
• Comfort with fast-paced environments where priorities shift and the team is central to the product s identity.
• The salary for this role is dependent on geographic location and will be based on the individual candidate s job-related knowledge, skills, and experience.
• In addition to base salary, for sales and some sales-adjacent roles, employees are eligible to earn incentive compensation (commission). For all other roles, employees are eligible to participate in the Cribl Corporate Bonus Program.
