This role serves as the nexus of knowledge for EHR and care delivery products for the private practice market.
Your Area of Focus
Conduct market research and analysis to identify customer needs, preferences, and trends
Develop product positioning, messaging, and value propositions that resonate with target audiences
Partner with product management to ensure that our products and services are meeting customer needs and delivering value
Collaborate with the sales team to develop sales enablement materials, including presentations, demos, and case studies
Make complex concepts easy to understand
Analyze and report on key metrics, including customer acquisition, engagement, and retention
Stay up-to-date on industry trends and best practices related to product marketing and healthcare to identify trends and emerging opportunities.
Deliver weekly, monthly and quarterly competitive intelligence that draws on internal and external data, research and analysis and uses the voice of our customer.
Your Professional Qualifications
4+ years of experience in product marketing, preferably in B2B SaaS preferred. Healthcare technology and EHR experience is a plus.
