Responsibilities

Manage and drive growth with select Global Systems Integrators
Own, cultivate, and navigate C-suite and senior executive relationships
Structure and lead formal Quarterly Business Reviews (QBRs) tracking performance metrics
Drive design, adoption, and commercialization of embedded solutions and integrated service offerings
Establish high-value executive engagement from day one
Serve as the primary business development driver for new logo acquisition and pipeline generation
Accelerate partner adoption of Rubrik's product solutions
Articulate and present the combined Rubrik and GSI value proposition

Qualification

Required

Demonstrated success partnering with named GSI, especially MSP business units
Proven ability to manage C-suite and senior executive relationships
Experience leading Quarterly Business Reviews
Expertise in embedded solutions design and commercialization
Ability to establish executive engagement quickly
Strong business development and pipeline generation skills
Experience accelerating partner adoption of product solutions
Skilled at articulating combined value propositions
