Grow and develop a world-class Commercial team by identifying, training, and implementing best practices that improve the team’s performance while maintaining culture and values

Drive accountability for forecasting, pipeline, performance, enablement and attainment across your team

Align and report on key metrics driving the revenue organization from new logo acquisition to revenue retention, pipeline build conversion

Support continued refinement of the revenue and marketing organization’s defined playbooks, selling programs and initiatives

Influence, collaborate and work with cross-functional leaders, departments; and teams to develop and execute successful strategies

Ensure compliance with company policies and local, regional and federal regulations

Coach, grow and develop employees on a regular basis to build a dynamic sales organization
