Everlaw The Principal Product Designer at Everlaw leads the design of AI-powered litigation platform experiences, establishing frameworks for human-AI collaboration and influencing company strategy through design leadership. This role is based in Oakland, California with a hybrid schedule.

Required

At least 10 years of Product Design experience with a track record of leading complex, high-impact initiatives that uncovered new value for the business.
At least 2 years of experience shipping AI-powered (or similarly complex) experiences, with strong intuition around transparency and trust.
BA/BS degree in graphic design, design communication, human-computer interaction, or related field or equivalent combination of education and experience.
Demonstrated ability to define product vision and influence org level strategy.
Experience designing for data intensive, B2B SaaS, enterprise or regulated domains.
Portfolio demonstrating strength in product thinking, interaction and visual design.
Proven ability to collaborate effectively driving alignment across senior Product and Engineering leaders.
Exceptional storytelling and communication skills.
Demonstrated mentorship and influence across design orgs.
