Production Planning Supervisor - Pack

Required

• Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering, Supply Chain Management, Operations Management, Manufacturing Engineering, Business Administration, or a related field.
• 5+ years of experience in production planning, production scheduling, manufacturing operations, or supply chain.
• 2+ years of supervisory or team leadership experience preferred.
• Experience in battery, EV, energy storage, automotive, or complex manufacturing industries preferred.
• Strong understanding of production planning, capacity planning, material planning, inventory management, and production scheduling.
• Experience with ERP/MRP systems; SAP, Oracle, or similar systems preferred.
• Strong Excel and data analysis skills.
• Strong communication, cross-functional coordination, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.
• Bilingual Chinese/English skills are a plus.
