Gotion Senior Process Quality Engineer responsible for driving production quality performance in Battery Pack manufacturing operations. Leads root cause analysis, manages non-conforming product areas, and guides operators on quality processes.
Responsibilities
Collect and analyze production and quality data, including defect rates, return rates, and process capability indices (CPK, PPK, CMK), among others.
Identify trends and potential issues and propose preventive measures to reduce risks.
Organize root cause analysis of quality issues, promote and verify the effectiveness of corrective and preventive measures.
Manage the non-conforming product area on the production line, lead the non-conforming product determination process, establish and maintain a non-conforming product ledger.
Management of rework and repair areas, establishment of rework and repair area ledger, promotion of process output rework operation instructions and production rework operation execution, and rework testing.
Confirm the implementation of control plan in the production line, including inspection items, frequency, standards, and corrective action plans.
Guide and train operators to ensure the implementation of relevant quality processes and standards in the production process.
Regularly inspect each process of the production line, identify potential risks, and propose improvement measures.
Manage the work of inspectors and conduct hierarchical audits based on control plans and other standards.
Develop standard inspection guidelines
Maintain clear records of all quality activities, including quality reports, audit records, and corrective measures.
Track industry best practices and quality standards and promotes factory quality systems and process optimization.
