Required

Bachelor's degree or equivalent, with demonstrated academic achievement
3+ years of experience in Business Analysis, Systems Design & Administration, or IT Transformations
Strong ownership mentality and self-starter attitude — resilient under pressure, comfortable navigating a global organization, and able to identify and prioritize opportunities with a roll-up-your-sleeves approach
Excellent communicator, able to work effectively with both technical and non-technical stakeholders
Strong analytical and data-driven problem-solver
Hands-on experience with Salesforce configuration (Flows, Permission Sets, Object Schema)

Preferred

Experience working in a high-growth tech company
Hands-on experience with the Salesforce tech stack, including Apex, LWC, or Visualforce
Hands-on experience building with AI
