Collibra Senior Sales Compensation Associate at Collibra responsible for managing sales compensation operations including commission close, plan logic administration, and dispute resolution. Work closely with Finance and Sales Operations.
Responsibilities
Run the monthly commission close end to end including data intake, credit validation, reconciliation, accrual submission, and payroll handoff
Administer incentive plan logic in ICM platform including quotas, rates, accelerators, SPIFFs, and overlay rules
Support rep data feeds from Salesforce and Workday
Own the compensation inquiry and dispute queue with structured exception handling
Partner with Accounting and FP&A on commission expense accruals, quarterly true-ups, and variance explanations
Create SOPs, data maps, audit-ready documentation, and automate manual workarounds
Qualification
6+ years in an analytical roleWorking experience with SalesforceRigorous about accuracy
Required
6+ years in an analytical role, with at least 4 years in a dedicated sales compensation function at a B2B SaaS or high-growth technology company.
Demonstrated ownership of monthly commission close payroll handoff, accrual submission, and variance reconciliation plus hands-on administration of an enterprise ICM platform (Xactly, CaptivateIQ, Varicent, or Spiff)
Experience managing a compensation inquiry and dispute queue with defined SLAs and structured exception handling.
Advanced Excel and equivalent Google Sheets proficiency: multi-sheet financial models, named ranges, array formulas, XLOOKUP and INDEX-MATCH, pivot tables, and dynamic charts, built without hardcoded cell references.
Working experience with Salesforce, including opportunity objects, field mappings, report builder, and the data pipeline that feeds commission calculations.
A bachelor's degree or equivalent related working experience is required.
