Responsibilities

Manage your own practice and bring your existing clients
Conduct therapy sessions via telehealth or in-person
Use AI-powered tools to reduce administrative tasks and enhance client engagement
Collaborate with clients to set and track goals
Align with clients on diagnoses, goals, and care plans
Review and send client-friendly summaries of key insights
Support clients in clarifying goals and focus areas before sessions
Utilize AI-guided prompts to gain deeper client context

Qualification

Master's degree or higher in counselingPay

Required

Master's degree or higher in counseling, psychology, social work, or a related field.
Must be fully licensed by the State Board to provide therapy independently and without supervision (e.g., LPC, LCSW, LMFT, LMHC, LCPC, LCSW-C, LISW, or LP).
Pay: $70-$92 per hour. Pay rates are based on the provider license type, session location, and session types.
