Responsibilities

Shape HCP marketing strategy by leveraging first-party and third-party data to drive actionable recommendations
Partner with the sales team to secure renewals, drive business growth, and enhance client engagement by delivering data-driven insights
Monitor campaign performance and present ROI findings to clients, crafting insights-driven recommendations that build trust and demonstrate value
Translate complex data into bespoke narratives tailored to each client’s marketing objectives, ensuring insights are both actionable and impactful
Analyze behavioral patterns among medical professionals on Doximity’s platform to uncover insights that inform marketing strategies
Support broader team initiatives by contributing to new projects, optimizing workflows, and driving continuous improvement

Familiarity with program measurement approaches like Test vs. Control or Marketing Mix Modeling
Experience with AI-powered insights generation reporting
Experience with Medical Affairs clients or programs
Agency, media, or vendor experience in healthcare technology
