Lead and manage the annual budget and monthly forecast process, including detailed revenue and expense, ARR, billings, and cash flow

Perform monthly financial and operational variance analysis and provide actionable insights to senior management

Serve as a key partner to Executive Leadership to assist in developing a shared understanding of financial and operational performance relative to company strategy and goals

Identify trends, gaps, and opportunities for process improvement

Prepare presentations for Executive Leadership and the Board of Directors

Plan, facilitate, and implement ad hoc analysis or financial models to support decision-making

Develop a strong understanding of the global business and markets in which the company participates

Act as team lead and mentor one or more team individuals on an ongoing basis
